Rogers took a 1-0 lead in the third inning as Tim Howard singled and later scored on an error. North Little Rock tied the game in the top of the sixth on a sacrifice fly.

Howard and Brandon Husted led the Mounties with two hits each.

Matthew Watson pitched four scoreless innings for Rogers, allowing just one hit and striking out 10. Marc Sussman allowed one unearned run over five innings.
