The purpose of the Rogers Mountaineer Athletic Hall of Fame is to solicit nominations for and select persons or teams who are deemed to be qualified for the Hall of Fame. The organization holds an induction ceremony each year to honor new members and maintains a digital biography of inductees on the Hall of Fame's website and in an interactive kiosk located at the entrance to the RHS basketball arena.

Board members serve six-year terms except for the Rogers School District Director of Athletics and the Rogers High School Director of Athletics, who are permanent members of the board.
